High quality art courses and drawing classes for beginners to experienced artists and those of you yet to try
My art classes, drawing classes, and creative art courses are inspirational,
wonderfully challenging, and definitely rewarding.
Expand your horizons beyond Liverpool and treat yourself
to a creative weekend in Manchester.
My studio is based within easy access of the city centre,
and walking distance from a quality budget hotel.
My courses are suitable for everyone. But why?
Mixed ability classes are dynamic and offer increased learning opportunities.
Beginners are inspired by watching more experienced learners.
Experienced learners build self confidence by sharing their knowledge and skills.
Streamed classes can put a ‘glass ceiling’ on your learning and limit what you learn.
You want to learn skills and techniques specific to your interests?
You learn in a way that suits you, at your own pace, in your own way.
Streamed classes may limit your ability to make unexpected leaps in your knowledge and skills.
Learning can be intuitive with leaps in understanding and ability happening all the time.
A lot of learning takes place when learners watch and share among themselves
Adult learners bring a life time of skills and experience. This can’t be streamed.
Streaming only works when a tutor knows the learners. I have not met most of you before so it is impossible for me to use the ‘streaming method’ of planning courses – even if I wanted to.
This is why – We draw. We learn. Have fun – together.
