Acrylic painting, Level 1 – June 2021
I’m excited to continue painting at home now I know how to.”

Although we have restricted numbers and we are adhering to covid safety measures, it has been wonderful to return to the studio to teach acrylic painting. This was a delightful group of friendly and enthusiastic students who all showed great progress in their painting skills over the weekend. It is always exciting to see the different outcomes to the tasks I set as each student has their own particular style and way of working. All were very keen to continue painting with acrylics and to try other courses. It was so good to see their confidence grow. Read further to find out what they thought.

I had no idea how acrylic painting works but had previously used watercolour and oil paints. Now I know how different it is. I’ll recommend it to anyone who would like to start using acrylics. I’ll definitely continue practicing the techniques and experiment more. All the exercises and lessons were absolutely fantastic and I can’t believe how much I improved in two days!”
