  • Short term (1-3 days) is available most often

• It’s a working + teaching studio!
  • Walls are not pristine ‘gallery-white’
  • Floors are not pristinely clean
• Disability access
  • Hope Mill is not DDA compliant
  • No disability toilets
  • Studio is on the 5th floor which is a lot of stairs for anyone who has health issues
• General access
  • Lift – although maintained in excellent working order for 98% of the time, I cannot guarantee that it won’t be out of service during your hire period due to maintenance or repair. 
  • Security is important.  Mill entrance door must be staffed if you wish to welcome guests without using the video-intercom
• A meeting at the studio, prior to your hire period, is essential for me to give you the key fob for access
