Begin to draw + paint: 10-11 February 2018

Begin to draw + paint

It was fab teaching this course to a full studio of students, yet again.  I just love the enthusiasm and willingness to learn that everyone brings with them when they attend this course to learn to Begin to draw + paint.  As Michele, a student on the course said when asked what she enjoyed the most, ” Everything! Really enjoyed the course structure and the way we could experiment.”

The structure of  the course means that day 1 is about the technical side of drawing which requires a lot of focus and concentration, while day 2 rewards students with a more relaxed day experiments with different materials.  But what did the other students think about the course?  Read further to find out more.

“I would definitely recommend this course to another beginner like myself.  The work on perspective has been excellent, along with comparative method of drawing.”

“A lot of subjects covered, well worth the money.  [I found out] what I like and don’t like to use.  Enjoyed the charcoal and acrylic and learnt these a lot easier than watercolour than I imagined.”
