The Cezanne workshop is the first in a series of 3 workshops about the Modern Masters – Cezanne, Matisse and Picasso that I teach across the year. As I teach each workshop just once each year I find it refreshing to revisit the ideas behind Cezanne’s art and remind myself why he is such an important artist. A lovely small group this evening. I was really pleased with the personal projects everyone developed and how they clearly applied Cezanne’s ideas to their own work.
