Expressive drawing, L1 – March 2019

As there is so much fantastic instruction anybody can start from a beginner onwards.”

Lisa M

On a lovely spring afternoon, we gathered in the studio with warm sunshine shining through the windows to learn about creating personal expressive contemporary still life drawings. It was a busy weekend working through exercises and creative tasks with support from myself as well as time for students to explore and experiment on their own. Roger thought he course was “Excellent, fabulous”, David thought it “Very helpful” and Lisa said she found it “enjoyable, informative and professionally run weekend where numerous skills were learnt and different mediums were provided to use”. Read further to discover what the other students thought about their own experience.
