I attended a life drawing foundation course last weekend and it was 3 whole days of non-stop creativity. Brian is an excellent tutor. He took us right back to the beginning, told us to forget everything we knew about life drawing and built our skills back up from a new, more creative direction.
He bases his course on the work of Heather Burns and makes you question age old concepts of line and anatomy when drawing. He then brings out of you your own unique style, teasing out a style of drawing and practical skills I had only dreamed of.
Thank you so much Brian, I really can’t wait to book another course with you.

I booked this art class as a birthday gift for my daughter, and it turned out to be absolutely perfect. We both had such a brilliant time and it’s definitely sparked a renewed interest in art for both of us.
Brian, our teacher, was amazing—patient, encouraging, and so knowledgeable. He gave us a clear and helpful demonstration on how to use charcoal, showing different techniques and how to create various textures. He made everyone feel comfortable, regardless of skill level, and was always on hand with helpful advice and support.
It was a really special experience to share with my daughter, and we both left feeling inspired and proud of what we created. Highly recommend this class to anyone, whether you’re a complete beginner or just looking to try something new!
